Limitation of Liability
ShopArtive is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or financial damage arising from the use of a product, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including disruptions involving suppliers, shipping providers, public authorities, or other third parties.
Product images, lifestyle images, and other visual content on the Website are intended to illustrate our products. Minor differences between the images displayed and the product delivered may occur and do not constitute a defect.
As each painting is hand-painted, minor variations in colour, texture, brushstrokes, and surface finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the artistic process and make each piece unique. Such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for a complaint.
We are not liable for defects or damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, inadequate care, or normal wear and tear after the product has been delivered.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by ShopArtive or used with the necessary rights and permissions.
The content is protected by copyright, trademark law, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the Website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, stored, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ShopArtive.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Personal Data
ShopArtive processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information about how we collect, process, store, and protect personal data is available in our Privacy Policy, which is provided as a separate document.
Force Majeure
ShopArtive is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War
- Acts of terrorism
- Government actions or decisions
- Strikes or labour disputes
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Transport disruptions
- Major operational disruptions
- Cyberattacks
- Power outages
- Supplier disruptions or other similar events
If such circumstances arise, ShopArtive will fulfil its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary, for example due to changes in applicable law, decisions by public authorities, changes to our business operations, or technical improvements.
The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.
The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on the Website.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.
In the event of a dispute, ShopArtive and the customer will first seek to resolve the matter through dialogue.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the customer may, where applicable, refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). ShopArtive follows ARN’s recommendations where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable mandatory law.
