Avoid direct sunlight
Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure may cause the colours to fade over time.
Keep away from moisture
Avoid hanging your artwork in humid areas, as moisture may affect the materials over time.
Dust with care
Gently remove dust using a soft, dry microfibre cloth or feather duster.
Avoid touching the surface
Avoid touching the surface of your artwork to help preserve its colour and finish.
Check the hanging
Make sure your artwork is securely and safely mounted on the wall.
Size Guide
Find the Right Size
Choose a size that complements the proportions of your room and wall. A larger piece creates a strong focal point, while several smaller artworks can come together to create a balanced composition.
Room Proportions
Square
Creates a balanced and harmonious look. Particularly well suited above smaller pieces of furniture or wherever you want to create a clear focal point.
Portrait
Draws attention to the height of the room and works beautifully on narrower walls, such as between windows, beside a doorway or above a smaller piece of furniture.
Landscape
Follows the width of the room, making it particularly well suited above sofas, beds and sideboards. Creates a calm, cohesive look.
Placement in the Room – Guidelines
Above the Sofa
As a general guideline, the artwork should be around two-thirds the width of the sofa. Hang it approximately 15–25 cm above the sofa.
Above the Dining Table
Choose an artwork that is proportionate to the size of the dining table and centre it above the table to create a balanced and cohesive look.
In the Hallway
Choose a piece that complements the character of the space and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
